Transferware Roses
RS GERMANY Porcelain Fruit Bowl.
Manufactured in Germany for export by REINHOLD SCHLEGELMILCH ~ RS GERMANY (1869-1956).  Estimated circa 1920-1940's (+/-).
Piece exhibits reasonable minor signs of handling, use, or wear, consistent with age and normal use.
Rose
Blossoms, Stems and Leaves transfer appliques are complete, clear, and wholly intact.  Colors are crisp and bright.
No chips, cracks, crazing, or other known defects beyond those noted below.
May exhibit minor flea bites, applique / transfer, decorating, glazing, or mold blemishes.
Only vestiges of original gold painted edge trim remain.
Marked with appropriate and correct green underglaze "RS GERMANY" hallmark backstamp (1912-1945) on bottom of piece as shown in photos.
Measures 4" diameter at base x 9 1/4" diameter at rim edge x 2 1/4" high.
