This is a rare unbranded restraint handcuff with legs, wrists and neck. There is no key to open the neck portion. The one key that it does havs works and functions as it should for both of the ankle and wrist cuffs. There is some scuffs and minor rust on some spots. Very rare and cool collectible item.
