Vintage Peerless Handcuffs/ Engraved RLH On One Side. Condition is "Used". These are very d but don’t know the exact age . They are in good condition and each side is marked with the name. On one side there is a engraving that looks like the letters RLH , I’m assuming these are the letters of policeman that used them. There is no key with these I see a lot of them on eBay.
