This is a THREE WAY Handcuff set made from new old stock American Handcuff Co. Handcuffs.  See photos for details.   2 original KEYS are included.  These are unmarked surplus cuffs from 1986.   The shape of the cuffs and the shape of the KEYS indicate they were made by the American Handcuff Co.  They are steel with either nickel or chrome plating.     Shipping will be a flat .00.  NO INTERNATIONAL SALES as it is illegal to ship handcuffs outside the US without a special license.
