I was trying to be cool...didn't want cheap handcuffs so bought them at Police Store). Been in storage since. Needs to be oiled/cleaned. Key and instructions are included.

    I don't know what's needed to clean these or guns,
    so I didn't attempt as I didn't want to use the wrong
    products to get it up to par.
