RS Prussia Mold 208 White & Orange Poppies Pink Iridescent & Gold Cake Plate
Beautiful porcelain cake plate in Mold 208 with relief molded leaf designs along the edge. Decorated with large white and orange poppies over a white and pink iridescent background. With gold gilt fan designs along the relief molded petal and gold gilt highlights to the edge. Unmarked. Mold 208 is pictured in Plate 163 on page 73 of the Collector's Encyclopedia of RS Prussia Third Series by Mary Frank Gaston. Circa 1904 to 1938.
Has some wear to the gilding, and has a chip to the foot rim, but otherwise good condition.
Measures approximately 11 1/2 inches wide.
