AN AIR ASSIST IS NOT JUST FOR CUTTING. IT HELPS KEEP YOUR LASER LENS FREE OF SMOKE AND DEBRIS. OVER TIME YOUR LASER LENS CAN BECOME DIRTY AND THE LASER BEAM CAN BE PARTIALLY OBSTRUCTED ALLOWING LESS OF THE LASER LIGHT TO GET THROUGH. IT ALSO CLEARS DEBRIS AND BURNT WOOD THAT WOULD OTHERWISE FALL BACK INTO YOUR ENGRAVING CAUSING INCONSISTENT ENGRAVING AS THE LASER MUST BURN THROUGH ADDITIONAL THICKNESSES OF WOODAS. IT CAN ALSO CUASE AS BURNT AREAS TO APPEAR WHERE THERE WAS A BUILD UP OF BURNT DUST AND DEBRIS
This package comes with everything needed to start using Air Assist on any Ortur or similar diode laser with exception of the pump.
This bracket holds the air nozzle at the perfect angle to blow burnt wood dust out of the hole not only for cutting but also prevents burnt dust falling back into your engraving causing your laser to have to burn through it again plus your print work. Makes your prints much more consistent

1. Top Bracket (not shown) holds hose out of way
1. Grub screw or wing nut (either may come with unit)
1. M4 x10mm Cap Screw
1. M4 nut
1. 6mm brass nozzle (this is recommended but if you want a different size let me know)
1. 5ft length of air hose. If you need more then 5ft of air hose let me know. The cost is 3.50 per foot. I can setup a seperate buy it now for additional hose and it will ship with this unit

Black, White, Red, Blue, Purple, Glow in the Dark green, Glow in the dark Blue,  Galaxy Blue, Gold, Silver, Copper, Transparent, and  Skin tone. Please see pictures for what the colors look like. IF YOU DO NOT SPECIFY A COLOR THE DEFAULT COLOR IS BLACK
If you would like another color not listed and are willing to wait 1 week to 10 days i will get the color in and make it for you.
This kit includes 1 bracket that will fit ANY laser diode that's 40mm x 40mm such as the Ortur Laser Master  and Laser Master 2.
