    Butterick 5007, copyright 1970s, is a vintage sewing pattern to make a man's close-fitting Western SHIRT with full length sleeves, shaped yokes and hemline, and optional patch pockets.  Such fabulous 70's styling!  With pattern pieces to fit men's size 36 (chest 36", waist 30", hip (seat) 37"), this great sewing pattern is partially cut and complete with instructions and original Floral Transfer for embroidery.  Winning bidder to pay with shipping/handling of .75 (s/h to Canada a bit more).  Payment is expected within 2 days of listing's end.
