Condition: This beautiful old growth fir wood door is from France or Belgium and dates to around 1900, possibly earlier. It was originally painted and the paint was recently stripped and the door was then sanded. It is beautifully made and flat and not warped in any way. Note the fine craftsmanship in the panels, trim and other details. It is in very good antique condition with a handful of minor chips and scratches as would be expected. There is no woodworm or dry rot damage whatsoever. Note the cracks in the woodwork (see photos). Dimensions: 85.5" tall 34.25" wide and 1.75" thick. It weighs 58 lbs.
