Condition:
Salvaged from an 1840's home in Albrightsville, Pennsylvania. This door is original to the home's construction--one of the rare ones that survived! SOLID Douglas Fir or pine, no veneers. Painted white on both sides. Great condition overall but a few chips along the lock stile edge and a small break in an upper corner. The door is strong and sturdy with only the typical nicks, scratches, and tiny nail holes that you would expect to find on an old, used door. Most of the blemishes will sand-out prior to finishing and what remains will simply look natural (character marks). No hardware included.A strip along the bottom of the door was added to make it about 1" taller. The height and width were unevenly cut; we could cut the door evenly--email us for a quote.Dimensions: 35 1/4" - 35 1/2" W x75 1/4" H (74" w/o strip) - 75 5/8" H (74 1/4" w/o strip) x1 1/4" thick (left, in-swing)
