Salvaged from an old, home in Northeastern PA. This door was original to the home's construction and the home was built during the first half of the previous century. The door is made of solid Douglas Fir or pine and has a single recessed (flat) panel on both sides. The door is stained on both sides. It also has some paint on both sides. No hardware included. The door is strong, sturdy, and in excellent structural condition. It only has nicks and scratches, but no breaks, cracks, gouges, rot, warp, or any other serious issues. Most of the blemishes that it has will disappear after sanding, prior to refinishing or repainting, and whatever remains will be subtle, "character marks". The height was unevenly cut by 1/4" most likely to accommodate a warped floor or sagging foundation. We could cut it to an even 79 1/2", cut it narrower/shorter, or even build it up to be wider/taller--message us for a quote. Dimensions: 30 1/8" x 79 1/2" - 79 3/4" x 1 3/8".
