Salvaged from the historic, "Hotel Fauchere," in Milford, PA. No hardware included. Considering the door's age, it's in great condition. It has the typical scrapes, scratches, and small nail holes that you would expect to find on an old, used door. There are 3 strips of veneer that just need some glue to re-secure them to the door (see last 2 photos).There are also Someone cut out a square block from the bottom, hinge stile corner (see last photo). I'm not sure why this was done, but we could fill it in with solid wood.Otherwise, there is no warp, rot, or serious breaks or cracks. Once the door is sanded for a new coat of paint, or stripped to refinish, most of the blemishes would be removed. What remains will be covered by paint or stain, and only appear as a "character mark." The door was installed to swing in both directions. It had big, spring-loaded hinges attached, and fairly large mortises (pockets or slots) were made to accommodate the big hinges.*FULL DESCRIPTION BELOW*
